Terms of use

Version 1.0 · effective 19 August 2026. We will post the date of any future change here.

About these terms

This website is operated by Quebex Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information, not advice

Content on this site is provided for general information. It describes our services and our reading of published regulatory material. It is not legal, regulatory, security or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for a professional assessment of your own circumstances.

Regulatory dates, standards references and mandate summaries on this site are drawn from primary sources which we link wherever we cite them. Those sources change. Verify any date against its primary source before relying on it.

No engagement without a contract

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. An engagement begins only when a written scope of work is signed by both parties.

Third-party names and marks

Names of standards bodies, government agencies, technology vendors and former employers appear on this site for identification and description only. Their appearance does not imply any partnership with, endorsement by, sponsorship by or affiliation with Quebex Labs, Inc. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design and code of this site are owned by Quebex Labs, Inc. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

External links

We link to primary sources on third-party sites, including government and standards-body publications. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause removes any right you have under the mandatory law of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement — including data protection rights under the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR, and any consumer rights that apply to you. Those rights continue to apply, and you can always bring a data protection complaint to the supervisory authority where you live.

These terms cover this website only. Any engagement we contract with you will have its own agreement, with its own governing law and jurisdiction, agreed with you in writing.
